Quick strength session after the school run, between meetings or on your lunch break? Or your new to strength training and want to ease yourself in slowly? These short sessions are perfect for everyone! You'll still get a personalised plan, and a full assessment.
These longer sessions are perfect for anyone with the time, I will be able to push you a bit harder, and giving you longer rest periods between sets means you will start to see your strength increase sooner to reach your goals faster. We will have time to include flexibility and skill development training. And we can include assisted stretching in your cool downs to aid mobility and recovery .
Currently have a gym membership or some equipment at home and you're struggling for ideas. These workshops are designed to help you feel confident in the free weights area, use the cable pulley machines with ease or know your way around a set of dumbbells. . You'll receive an eBook with everything I teach you on the day,, plus I will send you a personalised 4 week training plan to utilise in your current gym or home.
